About Maria Helioti, NMD, LAc, Dipl. OM
Dr. Maria Helioti, NMD, LAc, Dipl. OM, is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist specializing in neuromodulation acupuncture and cellular medicine.
In practice since 2012, she brings over 14 years of experience restoring function through precise, individualised care. Her work focuses on identifying and correcting dysfunction at the neurological and cellular level, improving regulation, movement, and overall system performance.
Dr. Helioti holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Binghamton University and completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Sonoran University along with a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture, where she graduated as valedictorian.
She has trained extensively with leading clinicians internationally and is certified in peptide therapy through the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute. She has also published peer-reviewed research, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence informed, integrative care.
